Course description

About us: 

the trainers, Golan and Boaz, are both certified martial art instructors and bring a combined life-long experience in a variety of martial arts. Golan xxx street smart.  

Vision: 

an experience based mixed martial art methode taking the best of Krav Maga, karate, Jiu-Jitsu and more while focusing on what practically works to defend yourself in various situations.  

Approach: 

lots of hands-on work and learning by doing

Age: 

this course is open for all, with a minimun age of 16 years.  13-15 year old adolescents might be allowed to participate in the course after an assessment by the course manager. in such a case, please contact us.

Languages: 

the course will be held in English as main language along side German and Hebrew if wished for. 

Content: 

we will go from basic techniques and armlocks to handling hair-pulls, chokes and grips to knives and sticks, and freeing yourself from an attacker while lying down
