Boaz: A Life for Capoeira

Boaz began his journey into the world of Capoeira as a child. His love for Capoeira has deepened over the years, even overshadowing his "second life" as a veterinarian. Today, he finds great joy in passing on his extensive knowledge to the next generation. Boaz has a special talent for motivating children and showing them that Capoeira is more than just a martial art. For him, Capoeira is a combination of movement, music, play, communication, and the openness to accept everything life throws at you with a smile. His ability to inspire children is a great asset to everyone who works with him.

Diego: From gymnastics to capoeira

Diego is a true athlete. He started gymnastics at a young age, where he learned the importance of discipline, body control, and flexibility. What makes Diego particularly special is his personal experience with ADHD. Sport has helped him develop strategies to cope with the challenges that ADHD brings. He now uses this valuable experience to support other children. Diego understands how important physical activity is for calming the mind and improving concentration. In his Capoeira classes, he integrates these insights and helps children channel their energy in a positive way.
